This is a rich, creamy emulsified dressing that does not separate. It is wonderful not only as a salad dressing, but as a veggie dip. It can also be used as a marinade for chicken, fish or meat. Its main ingredients are red wine vinegar, canola oil and lots of granulated garlic. Red bell pepper granules and dry frozen dill weed are the spices that give it such a wonderful flavor and appetizing appearance. Another plus: kids love it!

Suggested Uses:
  • Mix dressing with your greens, cooked veggies or pasta salad
  • Great as a dip for broccoli, mushrooms, carrots or asparagus
  • Cook some artichokes till tender, chill & use dressing as a dip
  • Use a cup of dressing instead of oil to saute chicken tenders
  • Marinate any kind of meat, poultry or fish with dressing
